Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to Blindado VIP. By accessing or utilizing our website and services, you agree to adhere to and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Executive Transportation Services
2.1 Blindado VIP offers executive transportation services, including, but not limited to, airport transfers, city tours, and private events and more.
2.2 We are not responsible for delays resulting from mechanical issues, road closures, accidents, airline delays, breakdowns, weather, traffic, or conditions beyond our control.
2.3 Blindado VIP disclaims liability for personal belongings left in the vehicle or damaged due to negligence.
3. Reservation and Payment
3.1 To secure our services, a 50% deposit is mandatory. The remaining balance can be settled in advance or upon entering the vehicle through credit cards, cash, or Pix.
4. Cancellation Policy:
4.1 Cancellation over 72 hours before the service: No charge; 50% deposit refund.
4.2 Cancellation within 72 hours of service: 50% charge; 50% deposit refund.
4.3 Same-day cancellation: Full forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Changes of Plans and Extra Charges
5.1 Changes in service duration undergo evaluation; no reimbursement for shortened service durations, but extensions may incur additional charges.
5.2 In case of customer non-appearance, deposit forfeiture occurs. Timely notification of chauffeur location issues is crucial to retain service and deposit.
5.3 Rates are subject to change, and Blindado VIP holds the right to modify them at any time. Adjustments to rates will not render Blindado VIP responsible for any consequences.
5.4 Trips through toll booths incur toll charges, added to the final bill, payable before leaving our vehicle.
6. Airport Transfers Meet & Greet
6.1 No charge if the vehicle departs the airport within 45 minutes of the flight landed time or agreed time.
6.2 After 45 minutes, wait time charges at the vehicle’s hourly rate apply.
6.3 Travel time within São Paulo is computed point-to-point, with additional fees for altered destinations and drop-off times.
7. Vehicle & Vehicle Conditions
7.1 Our vehicles undergo regular cleaning and sanitization for passenger safety.
7.2 Blindado VIP covers regular dirtiness; professional cleaning may incur a charge based on stain severity.
7.3 Smoking is prohibited.
7.4 Wi-Fi service is subject to coverage limitations.
7.5 Complimentary amenities are offered; specific requests may not be guaranteed. However, please note that specific requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are exclusively available to our VIP members.
7.6 Vehicle damages are billed for repairs at our sole discretion.
7.7 GPS and potential video surveillance are for safety, activated at our discretion.
8. User Conduct
8.1 Users must maintain respectful conduct within our vehicles.
8.2 Blindado VIP reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate conduct or end a trip for unruly, threatening, or unsafe behavior.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Our Privacy Policy governs personal information use. By using our services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, Blindado VIP is not liable for loss or damage from service use.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
12.1 Blindado VIP may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued service use implies acceptance of updated terms.
